My role involves implementing standard policies and procedures that keep Keam Law running smoothly, while also responding to any unexpected issues that regularly crop up. Staffing and scheduling falls under my role along with other human resource requirements such as managing leave and inducting new employees. Privacy and security management is key a part of my role. My responsibilities include ensuring that records are kept confidential and overseeing the policies that allow release to the right people when required. My role involves analysis tasks including suggesting ways in which to lower overheads, improve operating efficiency and increase the overall functioning of the practice.
